Red Sea are upgrading their high performance skimmers with new technology, self-regulating the level in the cup, which prevents sipping and an overflowing cup, while at the same time, continues to aerate the water.
The feature is currently being turned on, in which the foam level reaches the maximum threshold, set by the user, as "skimming level". The intensity of the pump decreases sharply, to prevent overflow, then carefully increases and decreases, according to the moisture content of the foam, until it reaches the preset intensity again and the pump restores stable operation.
Skimmers incorporate a combination of Sicce DC pumps for improved performance and reliability, which push a balanced amount of air and water through the hydrodynamic bubble diffuser, optimize the air-water contact time during operation, for stable removal of organics in the aquarium. Designed in close collaboration with enthusiasts- aquarists, they fully meet their needs- quiet, thanks to rubber seals and feet, which suppress vibrations and a serious silencer.
