Granule for selective and effective removal of phosphates in freshwater and saltwater systems.
Thanks to chemical adsorption, the concentrate binds the phosphate and does not release it into the water. The chemically bound phosphate (PO4) will be removed completely by removing the filter bag with the granules.
1000 gr Contraphos-concentrate can bind to 25 000 mg phosphate.
Method of use: place the concentrate granules in a filter bag and add to a mechanical and biological filtration circuit.
